How to
Return Items

You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. Follow the step-by-step guide below to complete your return.

Step one

Pack your items

Make sure the items are well protected to prevent damage during transit.

  • Pack the parcel in a regular-shaped cardboard box or a courier bag provided by the shipping carrier
  • Seal the parcel securely with tape
  • Do not use stretch film

Step two

Send your parcel

You can send the parcel with any courier, via an InPost Parcel Locker, or at drop-off points such as:

  • Żabka
  • Stokrotka
  • Auchan
  • Carrefour

Step three

Wait for your refund

We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the return.

The refund will be sent to the bank account number provided in your withdrawal form.
